The studio is next to a Countdown supermarket [with an excellent coffee shop] and a short walk to the waterfront, the Britomart transport centre for rail and bus services with motorways nearby. Limited parking is available on Beach Road, Quay Street and short-term parking with a maximum of ninety minutes for shoppers at the Countdown Supermarket.
